Platform Use Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our trading platform. By accessing or using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. 1. Account Eligibility and Security

To open and operate an account, you must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Full identity verification is mandatory prior to gaining access to our services.

  2. 2. Risk Disclosure

Trading financial instruments on our platform involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every person. You should be aware that trading without following a competent strategy may result in the complete loss of the funds in your account. Before engaging in any trading activity, you must carefully evaluate your financial situation, investment objectives, level of experience, and risk tolerance.

  3. 3. Fees and Charges

By using our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees, including but not limited to service charges, transaction fees, commissions, and taxes associated with your account activities.

  4. 4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities on the platform. This includes, but is not limited to: unauthorized access, data mining, distribution of malicious software, or any action that may impair the performance or security of the website.

  5. 5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on this website are the property of the Company or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the content without obtaining prior written consent.

  6. 6. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are permitted only on accounts that have completed full verification and have no open trading positions.

We are committed to processing all deposit and withdrawal requests efficiently and securely. In compliance with regulatory standards, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations, clients must undergo full identity verification prior to initiating any withdrawal.

Clients access to their funds at any time is subject to verification and compliance requirements. Supported payment methods include Bank Transfers and Cryptocurrency Transfers. For assistance, please contact your dedicated account manager.

    • Bank Transfers may take up to 5 business days to process and are only available for Platinum or higher account holders.

    • Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed immediately.

    Trial Account Withdrawals

Trial accounts are offered for educational purposes only and do not constitute real investment activities. They are intended to provide users with a basic understanding of trading mechanics. Accordingly:

    • A single withdrawal is permitted for demonstration purposes and must not exceed 10% of the total account balance.

    • While the initial deposit (typically between £150–£200) involves a real monetary transaction, this amount is considered symbolic and non-refundable.

    • Clients who choose not to upgrade to a live account forfeit any entitlement to a refund, as the actual cost of onboarding and marketing for each account significantly exceeds the deposit amount.

    Withdrawals on Live Accounts

Clients operating verified accounts of any level are eligible to request withdrawals, provided the following conditions are met:

    • The account has completed full verification.

    • The withdrawal amount complies with the minimum balance requirement for the client’s current account tier.

    • If you fully withdraw all committed funds, you forfeit ownership of any profits in the account, including future profits earned through trading with those profits. However, if you decide to reinvest at a later stage, you may reclaim the account, but only after reaffirming your commitment to the company. Withdrawals are permitted only if you maintain this commitment.

Please refer to the Account Types page or consult your account manager for detailed information regarding specific account level conditions.

    Important Notice

If a withdrawal request reduces the account balance below the minimum threshold required for the current account level, all associated benefits, terms, and privileges of that level will be forfeited.

Furthermore, in accordance with the Company’s baseline risk management policy, withdrawals are generally limited to no more than 10% of the available free margin at any given time, unless more favorable conditions have been explicitly granted to the client’s account.

Clients who do not wish to be bound by this 10% withdrawal limitation may request to opt out by signing a formal acknowledgment. This document confirms their understanding of the heightened financial risks associated with liquidating a greater portion of their free margin and states that they irrevocably waive any right to hold the Company liable for any resulting losses, whether direct or indirect, in any form or under any circumstance.

  7. 7. Automated Trading and Managed Accounts

Maintaining a managed or automated trading account involves ongoing operational costs, including IT/analyst salaries and IT/analyst infrastructure.

Our automated trading system utilizes AI-generated signals, which are validated by our market analysts and supported by our IT team to ensure optimal uptime and performance (24/5).

If a client discontinues communication or fails to actively participate in the development of their trading account—resulting in costs that significantly exceed their investment—the Company reserves the right to terminate the account without prior notice.

Additionally, the Company may apply an inactivity fee of 25% per week to accounts deemed semi-active or insufficiently engaged in the trading activity.

  8. 8. Investment Agreements

    Long-Term and Mid-Term Investments

Clients who enter into investment agreements of 6 or 12 months commit to maintaining their positions for the full term. Should a client request an early exit and liquidation of their account, a 20% fee of the total account balance will apply to cover administrative and early exit costs.

    Short-Term Investments

Short-term investment plans provide clients with more flexibility and allow account liquidation at any time without penalties. However, these plans offer lower returns compared to longer-term investment strategies.

  9. 9. Self-Directed (Non-Managed) Accounts

Clients may opt to manage their own trading accounts without Company assistance or the use of automated systems. By choosing this option, clients accept full responsibility for their trading activities and the outcomes thereof.

    • The minimum deposit for non-managed accounts is 5,000 EUR/GBP/CHF.

    • Accounts below this threshold will not be approved due to the high risk and limited trading potential associated with lower balances.

    • The Company retains the right to assess the client’s competence before granting approval for a self-managed account.

  10. 10. Third-Party Marketing and Limited Liability

All marketing and lead generation services are outsourced to third-party firms under contractual agreements. The Company does not maintain an in-house marketing department and therefore assumes no responsibility for any misleading or inaccurate promotional materials distributed by these third parties.

Clients are encouraged to report any misleading advertisements so the Company’s legal team may take appropriate action against the responsible marketing agency.

  11. 11. Market Information Disclaimer

Any market-related content, news, or data available on our platform is obtained from third-party sources. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this information and shall not be held liable for decisions made based on it.

  12. 12. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services.

  13. 13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Company harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms or your use of the platform.

  14. 14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes or claims arising from their interpretation or enforcement shall be resolved exclusively in Swiss courts.

  15. 15. Transactions

All financial transactions must be conducted via bank transfers or cryptocurrency transfers. The Company does not directly accept or process credit/debit card payments.

Any card-related transactions are processed solely by third-party payment service providers. The Company bears no responsibility for disputes, delays, or issues relating to such transactions.

  16. 16. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  17. 17. Contact Information

If you have any questions or require clarification regarding these Terms and Conditions, please contact our support team or your assigned account manager.
